About Spotisan

You can sign up using either your email address or social media accounts like Facebook or Google.com.

If you forget your password, you can reset your password by clicking on forgot password link on the sign-in box. If you forget your user ID then connect with us through our Contact Us link located on the landing page. Send us your name, company name, email address and phone number you used to create the account. Our dedicated support team will send a password reset link to the email you used to create your account.

Once you have signed up, log in to your account click on apply to buy button. Answer all the required field on your buyer's application. On the last step of your application provide us a mobile number where we can send you an OTP (one-time password). Verify and submit your application using the OTP you received. Once your application is successfully submitted, our team will evaluate your application and will send you an email with the status of your application. Application approval can take up to 48 hours.

From smart search to product customization, and from payments to shipping, we cover your business from start to finish. Buying on Spotisan is a brand-new experience -- and you are going to love it.

Tell us exactly what you’re looking for in your buyer profile - the more details, the better. We’ll help you save time, money, and effort in your search for new products, and you’ll be introduced to quality-assured artisans and suppliers from all over the world.

Spotisan provides you the tools to compare and analyze products. When you have shortlisted the product you would like to buy, request a sample through a “Request Sample” link provided next to the product picture and connect with the buyer via our seamlessly integrated messaging platform. When a Seller responds to your request, you will be prompted via an email. You can also log in to your Spotisan dashboard and go to Messages section to respond to the seller and negotiate price & terms for getting a sample.

We understand your need to curate unique products in a limited quantity. So we have negotiated quantities with our suppliers. To make shipping & logistics efficient, our supplier may list product based on either MOQ or quantity discount. But you can always request less than MOQ through “Request Less MOQ” link provided next to the product pictures.

Spotisan connect you directly with quality assured suppliers from across the world. There are two ways you can request customization. First, shortlist the product or supplier through our smart search. Then click on request customization link provided next to the product picture. Start brainstorming customization ideas with our suppliers and place an order all through our seamlessly embedded messaging platform. If you would want to create a completely new item use this second approach. Complete and submit an RFQ form. Tell us as many details as possible and attach pictures or videos of product to be customized. We will pass your RFQ request to our quality assured validated suppliers. Our suppliers will reach out to you through our messaging platform where you can negotiate price terms and QA standard as per your requirements.

We do not store any credit card or your banking details. We have integrated PCI compliant payment gateways. Since Spotisan is a global platform, depending upon your geographic location, payment is processed with one of our integrated payment gateways. How we help Sellers

We validate every user who signs up on our platform. Since only buyers can see your products on our platform, our team makes sure that any buyer application approved is a genuine business buyer.

Once your application to become a seller has been approved, log-in to your seller account and create your showrooms in two steps. Step 1: Complete all the questions asked on your company profile and team profile pages. On your dashboard you will see two charts, these charts show how much your profile is complete. Make sure the profiles are 100% complete. Why do we ask this? Buyers on our platform are genuine business buyers who are looking for like-minded suppliers. They want to not only buy the products from you but also want to build a long-term supplier and buyer relationship. Do tell them about your manufacturing process, your QA process, and your team. So more details you provide on your profile makes it easy for our buyers to make a buying decision. Step 2: Upload product pictures and complete all the details. Your showroom is ready to share.

Sign in to your seller’s dashboard and go to “Manage Products.” There are two ways you can upload the products: 1. You can upload one product at a time and provide as much details as possible. 2. Second, you can upload products in bulk using our bulk upload page within Manage Product tab. Step by step guide to uploading products is provided under your Manage Products tab on your dashboard.

We care for your intellectual property. So we have created our platform such that only approved buyers can see your product details. Since you cannot see your competition’s product details, similarly your competition cannot see your product details.
